Option 1: Email

- Another method involves the Zendesk Portal Site; you can reach the site at https://mtmercy.zendesk.com

Once on the site, you can press the following button to begin creating a support ticket:

Next, you can begin filling out the fields presented:
- Once you press "Submit", you will be begin receiving email updates once an agent can begin working on your ticket
